What is SHIELDPLUS®?

One of the innovative paper materials is barrier paper, SHIELDPLUS®.

Basically, paper is a material with little function to prevent oxygen and vapor from intruding inside. However, SHIELDPLUS® is specially treated with barrier agents, which can keep fragrance and moisture inside from escaping and protect contents from deterioration.

Furthermore, SHIELDPLUS® has been developed with environment-friendly materials. Accordingly, SHIELDPLUS® can be usable to a wide variety of packaging that requires barrier functionalities in place of conventional barrier materials such as plastics and aluminum.
