1978, TS Plastics (now known as TS Packaging) was founded. Right from its inception, the factory employed mechanized production methods to manufacture PP printed bags. This approach quickly garnered positive responses from the market, marking a promising start for the company.

1993, We further expanded our business by acquiring multiple factory units in the Pengkalan Industrial Area in Ipoh. This expansion marked a significant milestone for the company, facilitating its growth and operational capabilities.

1996, To meet the challenges of the market, we elevated our techniques to greater heights by introducing "multi-layer laminated packaging" of higher grades. This step was taken to meet the increasing demand in the market.

2004, We were awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems Certification for our consistent product quality.

2007, Due to our effective management and accumulated strength, we proudly received the prestigious "Golden Bull Award" in 2007, recognizing us as an outstanding enterprise in the country.

2008, We continued our expansion by establishing a factory on a 2.5-acre plot in the Pengkalan 2nd Industrial Area. Operating around the clock, we focused on producing premium quality products to earn the trust and confidence of our customers.

2010, We upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 certification to meet higher standards of quality management.

2014, We anticipated higher global market demands for multi-layer flexible packaging and invested in Solventless facilities to meet international requirements, increasing capacity by an additional 30%.

2015, We underwent our 3rd factory expansion, which encompassed a 2-acre facility housing a new warehouse and production facilities for a new division. This expansion is geared towards servicing overseas markets and expanding our business with multinational corporations (MNCs).

2016, We achieved significant milestones including ISO 22000:2005 certification, the Golden Eagle Award 2016, and the Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards 2016.

2018, We celebrated our 40th Anniversary.

2019, We entered into a joint venture with Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd., marking a significant milestone for the company.

2020, We embarked on new technology development with Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd., focusing on recyclability, biodegradability, and sustainability in new types of paper and plastic products for flexible packaging.

Additionally in 2020, we invested in the latest wide-web digital printing technology, the HP indigo 20000, to meet future market challenges, eliminates plate fees, and enables printing on demand to avoid inventory and obsolescence costs.

2021, We initiated plans to expand our operations with a 4th factory on a 1.5-acre land, introducing a new production line to meet international market demands with increased capacity. Also in 2021, we aimed to achieve FSSC 22000 Food Safety Systems Certification.

2022, We successfully obtained FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certification and introduced COMBI Lamination to support digiflex products.

2023, We celebrated its 45th anniversary and acquired another 10-color printing machine, increasing capacity by an additional 30%.

2024, We officially changed our name to TS Packaging (M) Sdn. Bhd. to reflect our expanded product range. This name change marks our commitment to evolving into a comprehensive packaging solutions provider, meeting the diverse needs of the market.
